There are some regulations that we as a company have to abide by and comply with, due to federal regulations and mandates:
- Brand Partners cannot link to Nerium Biotechnology or Nerium Skincare, nor can Brand Partners use any copy, photos, video, etc. that reference Nerium Biotechnology or Nerium Skincare, unless it is specifically written in the below copy.
- Brand Partners cannot use any e-commerce shopping cart or website other than the one provided by Nerium International.
- Brand Partners must represent themselves as such: Independent Brand Partners for Nerium International. This naming convention applies to all webpages, websites, blogs, etc. This should be accompanied by the Independent Brand Partner logo, which can be found in the online Business Center.
- For additional clarification, Brand Partners should reference Nerium International’s Policies and Procedures to ensure independent activities, websites, blogs, etc. are in full compliance.
So what CAN you use?
Fortunately, this list is long, and we’re constantly adding to it!
A great starting point for copy is the messenger phrases included in your Success Planner. You can always talk about your personal results, as long as they’re focused on appearance and not on a specific “cure”. It’s fine to say, “I went to my high school reunion and everyone stopped me to ask what my secret is!” It’s not fine to say, “I had psoriasis and NeriumAD cleared it up in two days!” We can’t make medical claims about our products, and we respectfully ask that you do the same. People love hearing personal experiences, so share the stories of your friends and customers as well!

SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS
We’re in a global society with a company that has plans to expand internationally. The Internet has, in many ways, made it an even smaller world.
Facebook is a great tool to share your Nerium business. Keeping with the Nerium brand, we’ve spent time building Facebook tabs for our Brand Partners; once you customize and install these tabs, visitors to your Facebook page can go directly to your replicated Nerium website. We know that everyone has a different level of comfort when it comes to social media; therefore, we’ve created webinars designed for every user. If you don’t have a Facebook account, please watch Facebook 101. If you have a Facebook account and would like to set up a business page with Nerium-approved naming conventions, please watch Facebook 201. Finally, once you have your business page set up, watch Facebook 301 to learn how to get a branded Facebook tab that will direct visitors to your page straight to your replicated Nerium website!
Another avenue to consider is Twitter. We’ve had customized Twitter backgrounds developed for your use. These are located in your Online Business Center under Business Resources in the Marketing Gallery. Naming conventions for Twitter accounts follow the same rules set forth for Facebook: Brand Partners must represent themselves as Independent Brand Partners for Nerium International. As your Twitter handle is limited to 18 characters, you may find that having your Nerium association listed in your Twitter bio is the best way to communicate! Not sure what to say on Twitter?
