I love to be able to make a difference in improving overall Call Center performance and Agent Quality. It’s a win/win situation for everyone to be able to attend to our Brand Partners efficiently.

The Nerium Core value that I most identify with would be ” Practice Servant Leadership.” I believe that with leadership comes service, so I strive to be an example to those around me, by showing that I can also do what we ask them to do.

My little family, the values I have learned from my elders, and my faith in God, push me to do my best everyday and stay humble.

I always wanted to be an astronaut as a child.

I would choose the ability to time travel as my super power, you only live once might as well taken in all you can.

The original “RoboCop” is my all time favorite movie I can watch it all the time and I did as kid until my VCR chewed up the VHS tape! I like the fact that no matter how bad the world is around him, losing his family, being more machine than man, “Robocop’s” still managed to maintained his humanity and kept going forward to make a difference in the world. Also as kid the idea you can be part robot is just mind blowing!! My second favorite movie is “RoboCop 2”. Just kidding! It would be “Star Wars”. It’s “Star Wars” that is all that needs to be said.

A guilty pleasure of mine is going to go get some of Sprinkle’s Red Velvet Cupcakes they are just so good!

I love to make anything that involves breakfast, well mainly making eggs or using a toaster, that the extent of my culinary skills other than grilling.

I’d say the best material gift I’ve received is a weight lifting set my Dad bought me when I was 13. It helped me greatly in High School Sports.

I would say complacency is a pet peeve of mine, because we can always improve and do better. “Don’t wish it were easier. Wish you were better.” ― Jim Rohn

I have lived in Matamoros, Tamaulipas Mexico, Brownsville, TX, San Marcos, TX.

Albert Einstein, Bruce Lee, and Nelson Mandela would be the three people I would invite to my dinner party. Just to have conversations with people who changed the world in the way that they did would be priceless!
